Fairly clean and modern hotel, great and absolutely perfect location to the eating places. Location really close to the metro station and several bus stops, and Osaka kansai airport. For shots visit Bungalow, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spa at Ab Hotel. The traditional Japanese style and the small outdoor o-furo bath made it a unique and relaxing experience. The hotel also had convenient facilities like laundry facilities and drink vending machines. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, perfect for two people with a lot of luggage. Located in the heart of the vibrant district, the hotel is conveniently accessible by public transport and close to the market center. The staff is welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern facilities like air conditioning. The breakfast is remarkable and offers an extensive range of dishes. Guests can avail of luggage storage.
The onsen might need some improvement as some guests seem not to be familiar with the etiquette.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Kyoto. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on Shijo Doori, making it easily accessible to public transport and the main shopping area. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary facilities. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of dishes, catering to both continental and Asian preferences. It was a great value for money, considering the quality of service and amenities provided.
No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.

We had an amazing stay. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy to explore the city. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of dishes that changed daily. We also appreciated the free luggage storage that allowed us to explore more after check-out. the hotel offered coin-operated laundry machines and a public spa, which were both great perks.
The rooms were a bit cramped, and there wasn't a lot of storage for our belongings, which made it feel cluttered at times. We also noticed that some guests weren't familiar with proper onsen etiquette, which was a bit off-putting.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of our trip to explore Kyoto. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main shopping area, Gion district, Kyoto train station, and the Golden Pavilion via nearby buses. The room was spotlessly clean and had a private bath, which was a welcome relief after a day of exploring temples and shrines. The hotel staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The onsen was a delightful bonus, soothing our tired feet. Highly recommended for budget travelers!
100% Recommend this hotel.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic, just steps away from several bus stops that take you directly to all the main attractions in the city. It made getting around so easy and convenient. Secondly, the rooms were very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the well-placed plug points that allowed me to charge my devices while using them. Lastly, the breakfast provided was simple but perfect, with a variety of options including croissants, fresh fruit, and traditional Japanese fare. It was a great way to start the day!
I couldn't find any faults with my stay here. Everything was just fine!

Great value, good location and helpful staff. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are cleaned every day. The hot spa is a great way to end the day and there are vending machines for drinks, a microwave and even a coin laundry. The best part was the cleaning person who folded my clothes after cleaning them.
The breakfast was very limited and not to my European taste. The only option was a typical Japanese breakfast buffet.

The location was mind-blowing, just 1 bus away from attractions. Breakfast offered a SUPER variety of options. The traditional spa experience was jaw-dropping.
